Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using MediaFlow or purchasing a Pro subscription. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who We Are

MediaFlow ("we", "us", "our") is an online service that provides a unified search interface for free stock photos and videos sourced from third-party platforms including Pexels and Pixabay. MediaFlow is operated as an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pexels, Pixabay, or their parent companies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using MediaFlow — whether on the free plan or as a paying Pro subscriber — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of MediaFlow after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes by email.

3. The Service

MediaFlow provides:

  • A search interface that queries the Pexels and Pixabay APIs simultaneously
  • A download proxy that facilitates downloading media to your device
  • A free plan with 30 searches per day
  • A Pro plan with unlimited searches and additional features

We do not own, create, host, or hold rights to any of the stock media returned in search results. All media is sourced from and subject to the terms of the originating platform (Pexels or Pixabay).

4. Free Plan

The free plan is provided as-is, at no cost, with a limit of 30 searches per day per IP address. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of the free plan (including automated scraping, VPN cycling to bypass limits, or other circumvention) may result in your access being restricted without notice.

5. Pro Plan — Payment Terms

5.1 Current Pricing

The Pro plan is currently offered as a lifetime deal for USD $49 (one-time payment). This pricing may change at any time for new purchasers. Existing lifetime members will not be charged again.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. MediaFlow does not store your payment card details.

5.3 Billing Currency

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees for which MediaFlow is not responsible.

5.4 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax). Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added at checkout and collected by Stripe on our behalf.

5.5 Future Subscription Pricing

We intend to introduce a monthly subscription option at approximately USD $9/month. Lifetime deal holders are permanently exempt from any subscription fees.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund on all Pro purchases, no questions asked. To request a refund, email hypescopemedia@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase with your Stripe receipt or order confirmation. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

After the 7-day window, refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse (e.g., purchasing Pro, downloading extensively, then requesting a refund).

7. Pro Account Access

Your Pro access is linked to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your Pro account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Pro access without refund if we determine the account is being shared or misused.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MediaFlow to:

  • Automate searches or downloads in a way that places excessive load on our servers or the upstream APIs
  • Circumvent rate limits using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the MediaFlow service
  • Use downloaded media in a way that violates Pexels' or Pixabay's respective licences
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from our systems

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

9. Media Licensing

Media downloaded through MediaFlow is subject to the licence terms of the originating platform:

MediaFlow does not grant any additional rights to media beyond what the originating platform provides. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of downloaded media complies with the applicable licence. MediaFlow accepts no liability for misuse of third-party content.

10. Intellectual Property

The MediaFlow interface, logo, code, and original content (including blog posts) are the intellectual property of MediaFlow and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission. Stock media returned in search results belongs to the respective photographers and content creators on Pexels and Pixabay.

11. Availability & Service Changes

We aim to keep MediaFlow available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, API outages from Pexels or Pixabay, or technical issues outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. For significant changes affecting Pro subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days notice by email. If the service is permanently discontinued, Pro lifetime members will receive a prorated refund at our discretion.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

MediaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that search results will be accurate or complete, or that downloads will always succeed. Use the service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of MediaFlow shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or USD $49, whichever is greater.

14. Privacy

MediaFlow collects minimal data. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage tracking (page views, search counts) and Formspree for email list management. We do not sell your personal data. Search queries are passed to Pexels and Pixabay APIs to retrieve results and are subject to their privacy policies. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hypescopemedia@gmail.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
